A Valentine’s Weekend with Snap Pea
505 N. Mangum
Over Valentine’s weekend, we opened the doors of Speed House to host a three-night culinary experience with the team behind Snap Pea Dining.
Set in our new space—once a hardware store, now a home for vintage European machines—the event paired a ten-course tasting menu with the spirit of Italian automotive design.
Each course drew inspiration from a legendary marque—Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Lancia, Maserati—translating mechanical beauty into edible art. Long tables stretched alongside rare and race-bred cars, surrounded by candlelight, conversation, and a soundtrack as intentional as the plating.
We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for this ride, and to Snap Pea for bringing their unmatched creativity into our space.
