85mm BMW Rear Wheel Bearing Tool

This is a custom made tool specifically to fit BMW 85mm rear wheel bearings found on E36 M3, E46 330, E46 M3, as well as some 7 series, most older 8 series, and all Z roadster/coupe M models.

The main clamping load on this tool is handled by a polished and hardened alloy steel ACME screw with a one piece thrust bearing for smooth action and minimal turning force necessary to remove even the most stuck bearings. The end plates are machined from 6061 T6 aluminum so as to not damage the chassis or bearings on installation but fear not, even though the metal is softer than the tool steel of the bearing race this piece will last a lifetime and replacement parts are available if necessary.
